Where to start? When I met with Clare I was co sleeping and not getting more than 2 hours solid sleep each night. It had been over a year since I had more than 2-3 hrs solid sleep at a time. I told her I would love to have a solid 4 hours sleep. Also nap time consisted of one of us sitting in the recliner or laying in bed with her while she slept. We had a bedtime routine, but she always ended up co sleeping and nursing off and on all through the night (not for food, but to pacify). Clare was able to build off of our bedtime routine and give us tips on ways to adjust it to adapt to baby falling asleep easier and on her own. She also adapted the program to our needs and our lifestyle, as well as baby’s age. After finishing the two week program with Clare, our sweet baby is getting her much needed 11-12 hours each night and doing great with her naps each day.
